Mission
To provide excellent professional and educational opportunities in Accounting and other related business fields which emphasizes skills and knowledge that will allow the student to adjust through a life time of social and technological change. This will be achieved through being a legally abiding corporate citizen fulfilling the wishes of its shareholders, employees, the government and the society at large.
Vision
- To be a leader in education and training by the year
2011 with a market share of 50% and above.
- To be the reputable learning institution in the field of
Accounting in Namibia and the whole of Southern and
Central Africa by 2011.
- To be a private university offering Bachelors’ and Masters’
degrees by 2011.
- To contribute immensely in human resource development
and capacity building for the fulfilment of Vision 2030
objectives.
- To increase educational opportunities for School leavers in
accountancy, IT and management fields.
Objectives
NAMIBIA Accountancy College objectives are, but not limited to
- Increase educational opportunities for school leavers in accountancy in various educational levels and management fields.
- Promote Namibia Accountancy College as a service centre through the region.
- Increase employment opportunities by offering qualifications which are marketable.
- Contribute to the attainment of Namibia's Vision 2030 throgh skills development.
- Provide educational opportuinities in areas not currently well serviced by existing tertiary institutions.
- Conduct social and capacity building programmes in form of short courses, HIV/AIDS, workshops, etc for the private and public sectors.
- Carry out social responsibility programmes for the disadvantaged comminities and other national programmes of our society through sponsorship and donations.
